Fresh contraception and sexual health services are for young people aged 24 and under, including under 16s.

Fresh clinics operate from four centres in Manchester. Fresh services are free and confidential and you don't need to make an appointment - just walk in!.

The doctor or nurse will be able to help you with the following:

• Contraception, including the pill, implants and injections;
• Emergency contraception;
• Condoms - lots of different types for you to choose from;
• Testing for sexually transmitted infections, including HIV;
• Ruclear chlamydia and gonorrhoea testing and treatment;
• Pregnancy testing and advice;
• Abortion information and referral;
• Someone to talk to about your sexual health worries or concerns

Fresh is part of the Palatine service. Palatine clinics are for men and women of all ages. You are welcome to visit one of these clinics if you prefer.
